CPCE e-Learning Platform Update

CPCE will adopt Blackboard Ultra as its e-learning platform starting from semester 1, 2023/24. Blackboard e-learning platform has been adopting by a number of well-known Universities such as PolyU, CUHK, University of Queensland, Edinburgh University for supporting their teaching and learning activities.

Blackboard Ultra will bring benefit to users with a modern UI design and works well with popular internet browsers, Besides, its responsive mobile app design aligned user experience whether you are using a phone, tablet, laptop, desktop, etc.

Highlight of Blackboard Ultra benefits and new features:

  1. Learning modules include student progress tracking. Students can monitor their own progress and mark items completed and instructors can also follow their progress.
  2. Support setting global student accommodations, for example, setting up extra time for a student on all tests given in your class for that term.
  3. Personalization and Inclusivity Features which support the ability for users to select preferred pronouns and record name pronunciations.
